Direct Eats has launched Natural Commerce to brand its existing service of helping specialty food brands expand their online product assortment. According to the company, this move highlights Natural Commerce as the largest online aggregator of natural, specialty, and organic products as well as one of the largest online aggregated repositories of pictures, descriptions, and nutritional information in this space. Natural Commerce offers more than 50,000 SKUs.
Natural Commerce will provide turnkey solutions to help brands run everything from customer service to fulfillment under a company’s brand, a new brand, or a brand extension. Natural Commerce will also exercise a group buying strategy to provide for lower costs of goods, which also translates to lower costs for customers.
